The oldest Marlin Tournament in the Caribbean takes place in the first week of October every year in Port Antonio’s old Sir Henry Morgan Harbour. Typically, 40-50 yachts participate, this event attracts anglers from all over the world!
The Portland Jerk Festival has showcased the many variations and possibilities of the cooking process known as Jerk. The aroma of the world-famous aroma fills the air as both visitors and locals sample many variations of jerk ranging from meats to ice-cream and everything in between while enjoying a traditional stage show of reggae entertainment and events for the entire family. This Festival is slated annually for the first weekend of July.
